If the injection hits a tiny blood vessel, you may experience slight bruising, but this is not very common. If you take blood thinners, you may also be prone to bruising following BOTOX injections. Immediately following the injections, you may have some slight redness, but it should last just a few hours.

Intense exercise is discouraged for the first 24 hours after the treatment. You should be able to return to regular daily activities right after treatment.

Optimal results from BOTOX injections are noticeable between five to seven days post-treatment, but you may notice some difference within 24-48 hours.
